On Friday, September 9 during the second round of play, Johnson took the lead after setting a new course record with a 9-under-par 63.  He finished play 23-under-par, winning the BMW Championship for the second time since 2010.   All proceeds from the BMW Championship benefit the Evans Scholars Foundation, which provides full housing and tuition scholarships to hardworking caddies.  The BMW Championship has raised more than $21 million for the Evans Scholars Foundation since 2007. This fall, 935 caddies are attending 20 major universities on Evans Scholarships.
